One (1) Grand Prize, awarded only to the Nominee named on the Grand Prize Winning Entry: $500 in Culver’s Gift Cards and $500 donated to winner’s choice of a charitable organization (as approved by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize awarded to winner: $500.

Fifty (50) Finalist Prizes will be awarded, one (1) for the Nominator corresponding to the Finalist Entry and one (1) for the Nominee named on the Finalist Entry (for each of the twenty-five [25] Finalists’ Entries): $50 in Culver’s Gift Cards. ARV: $50 each.

When: Nominations accepted 4/17-5/12. Voting is 5/22-5/26.
